Yes. We also plan to offer support in different languages with additional charges. Currently available support in English, Chinese.
1) English support is set default and has no additional charges.
2) Chinese support has additional charge by 100% for your hosting packages, i.e. Elementary Magic Reseller Package (Linux) costs $25/monthly, with additional Chinese end-user support, additional $25/monthly. [...]
